Lift Travel
Titan Lifts typically have a 2-axis or 3-axis travel:
X-axis (horizontal) travel uses chain-driven
aluminum wheels powered by an air motor at
a variable rate of up to 40 feet per minute.
Z-axis (vertical) travel use a hardened
steel rotary ballscrew powered by an air motor
at a rate of 15 feet per minute.
Y-axis (away from the booth wall) travel uses
an air actuator and scissor mechanism at a rate
of 15 feet per minute. A single scissor lift extends
out to 8' and out to 9'9" with a rollout assembly. A
double scissor lift extends to 12' 6" and out to
14' 3" with a rollout assembly.

Festooning System
 The standard system consists of trolleys that roll along the top rail system and carry the main air supply hose. These trolleys can also carry paint and breathable air lines if required. A flexible track system or a hose reel system can be substituted for the trolley system, if desired. An overhead track trolley system can also be substituted for applications that do not utilize an upper rail such as a scissor type platform lift.
