Titan Air is a UL STD 508A Approved Panel Shop.

What does this certification mean to you? It means that Titan Air is able to build control panels that have assemblies of control devices for any operational facility, whether it is used for a Titan Air unit, or other applications. This ranges from motor controllers, switches, relays and auxiliary devices. Titan Air can also combine unit controls and other controls in your facility, creating one universal control panel.

RTC Solutions/Maxitrol

Control Panels

Standalone temperature control components from RTC Solutions
or Maxitrol are commonly provided on standard Direct-Fired Air
Make-up Units. A modulating gas valve is controlled to bring outside
air up to selected discharge air temperature setpoint. An optional
room temperature thermostat can be used to automatically increase
discharge air set point when room temperature drops. A "Summer-
Off-Winter" switch or similar switch and optional operating lights are
provided as separate components.

Johnson Controls

Johnson Controls

Facility Explorer (FX) series components are available on all
equipment and are commonly used when multiple control functions
are needed. For example, outside air/return air damper control or
variable frequency drive control may be needed in addition to
modulating heat control. For HVAC applications, Titan Air typically
provides FX14 or FX07 controllers in the air handler with a remote
user interface that features four lines of text plus operating status
LEDs. Multiple screens are available through the menu driven user
interface. As an option, a building management system (BMS) can
provide supervisory commands that take precedence over local
user interface settings.

Process applications for industrial customers may include industrial
style programmable logic controllers and an associated graphical
user interface. Typically, this level of control and user interface is
provided for process applications involving heating, cooling,
humidification and/or dehumidification capabilities. Options for
data-logging and remote communication are available.
